Update; quite a few of the things that the owner replied are not correct at all. We were not told over and over about the air conditioning problem. We kept waiting for someone to change it. As far as the food is concerned, we didn’t order hastily and what difference does it make? You don’t bring appetizer along with the main course. On the phone I didn’t hang up. I was done with the horrible attitude that the owner had as he wanted to be right on everything and I just said I’m done. I’m just gonna write a review. So as far as I’m concerned, I also don’t agree with what the response was but it’s OK like I said typical Ligurian attitude. The client is wrong. The staff and the owner are right.If I could give less than one star I would. The food was decent, but the service was awful. The girl obviously did not know what she was doing as she messed up on the order not once but three times plus they had an issue with the air conditioning and they kept promising to lower the temperature and instead it kept going up. There was no apology at all from anyone, including the owner who did not even bother to adjust the tab and or offer something. Upon calling him to complain. he basically did not show any care for what happened. We were a party of four and the fourth person had to wait like a half hour for his dish. No apology whatsoever. Non sono abituato a fare recensioni ma le leggo spesso. Dopo aver letto la recensione "Mille Grazie" mi sono deciso a farne una anch'io. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di mangiare nella terza sala dove era ospitata anche la cliente “Mille Grazie“ , mi trovo in disaccordo con quello che leggo nella sua recensione e ci tengo a sottolineare che avendo mangiato nel “dehors” noi ci siamo trovati davvero bene pur avendo un bambino di pochi mesi! I piatti erano deliziosi come sempre, siamo clienti abituali e non abbiamo mai e dico mai riscontrato gravi errori o problemi. Sappiamo tutti che in un servizio possono esserci problematiche, soprattutto a ridosso del weekend, ma i ragazzi sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili con tutti i commensali. Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare tra le altre cose, il piatto che avevate anche voi e a mio parere era molto buono e curato nella presentazione. I ragazzi sono giovani e avranno anche da imparare ma avendo girato un po’, devo dire che sono all’altezza anche se c'è sempre un margine di miglioramento. Ottima la ragazza nuova di nome Sara, sicuramente sarà d’aiuto nella stagione visto che parla fluentemente inglese. Sinceramente faccio fatica a capire il tavolo che ha scritto quella recensione, poiché abbiamo notato che in tutto il servizio sollevava delle problematiche, a nostro parere, un po’ "illogiche". Noi abbiamo mangiato molto bene, il servizio cordiale e attento come al solito, con qualche leggero ritardo ma non di certo sopra i 10/15 minuti , e nonostante fossimo fuori (che poi è una veranda chiusa e climatizzata) abbiamo cenato senza sudare una goccia! Faccio plauso ai ragazzi per la pazienza che a volte sono costretti ad avere con certi clienti un po’ troppo esigenti e poco disponibili. Grazie ragazzi a presto ci vediamo sabato prossimo...
