Terrible experience ending in a over priced bill and the manager being rude to us when trying to pay. We waited 20 mins for the bill had to go get it at the bar , at which point the manager had a go at us for wanting to pay because only he can give out bills not trusting his employees? They gave our drinks to the wrong table , then we clearly saw the waiter take them back and gave to us We were tricked into a accompanying snack usually free in happy hour costing £10 euros which consisted of 3 microwaves cheese fritters and one ripped up raw prawn on a plate of which we had no napkins or cutlery to eat with. Our empty glasses and plates were on our table for half an hour and were still there when we paid the bill. Price wise I understand the view is great but cocktails £12 euros each for a simple negroni or spritz is not justified

Peccato non aver letto le recensioni prima di andare! Confermo che il posto è carino e con una bella vista ma questo non giustifica i prezzi che sono esagerati e soprattutto poco trasparenti. Ci siamo recati in due a pranzo. Volendo controllare il conto, visto che ci è sembrato eccessivo, ci siamo accorti che non avevamo ricevuto lo scontrino. Siamo tornati a chiedere spiegazioni, e i prezzi di tutto ciò che era scritto nel menu sono stati comunicati subito senza esitazioni (e corrispondevano al listino, visto che ce li ricordavamo), ma alla richiesta del prezzo di tutto il resto la cameriera è risultata impacciata: mi riferisco al prezzo del coperto, dell'acqua (non presenti nel foglio del menu) e di un primo che abbiamo richiesto extra, visto che l'unico primo disponibile non era di gradimento di chi era con me. La cameriera, prima di indicarmi il prezzo preciso di ogni elemento, mi ha chiesto quanto avevamo pagato, per poi arrivare, grazie ad un calcolo inventato sul momento, alla cifra da me detta. Faccio presente che il primo richiesto extra era una semplice pasta con pomodorini freschi, che è risultata costare 23€, dopo l'incertezza della cameriera che prima aveva indicato 20€. Prezzo spropositato e inaccettabile anche se con vista mare. Inoltre, 26€ per una frittura di pesce con anelli di totano congelati e due gamberetti è inaccettabile! In questo caso eravamo consapevoli del prezzo in quanto indicato sul foglio del menu, ma per la cifra ci aspettavamo pesce fresco. A pranzo era disponibile solo un primo, quindi scelta zero. Sconsigliatissimo! Abbiamo mangiato due primi una frittura di pesce congelato e bevuto...

Perhaps we should just have had a drink? Not much choice forcesting. We wanted the spaghetti vongole indicated on the board...only to be told that was the lunchtime offer. We made to leave, but they said they could do it for us. The result was tasty enough, but wildly overpriced. And told that that was the price as they made it specially for us! Staff spent more time making up the empty tables than looking after the few clients there were. Fantastic view: what a shame the service and content doesn't live up to the promise......
