Unfortunately, we were not impressed.
The small like buffet of veg was nice with some tasty dishes. Think there was possible 10-12 things being potato salad, fresh veg, cooked veg, coleslaw, beans, rice, potatoes.
The wine was very nice.
When it came to the quality of me, I was extremely disappointed. First was chicken (weirdly shaped) and tasted alright, it was chicken at the end of the day. Wasn’t dry, wasn’t moist.
Next we had this sliced beef thing, really unsure what it was but it was super well done and touch, kinda of tasted like liver or kidney but I know it wasn’t. Neither myself or my husband enjoyed it, didn’t eat it.
3rd was a little bit of beef, maybe one or slightly under 2 ounce. Was completely raw. Absolutely disgusting.
We kindly spoke with the waitress and explained that the quality of meet is poor, and rather than caring on, we would rather pay for the wine and a side (to make up for the little salad bits we did eat).
Everyone person we spoke to about wanting to leave as the quality is poor, they go ‘let me get’ and then leaves to get someone else. This happened 5 times 😂
The manager (I think) bought us a bill, for €96, and he said he only charged us for the salad bits and the wine. We had only been in the restaurant for 25 minutes, we had a couple of potatoes each and some of the tomato with onions, how can you charge €50 for this! I said this time and he was very pissed and became very rude. I explained to him I would be happy to pay 10-15 for the small amount of salad bits we have, but in the end he took it off and only charged us for the wine. I was initially going to leave 2 or 3 stars as the wine was nice, servers were nice and the salad bits were nice, but after this behaviour and trying to charge all that, no they get one star now.
Extremely extremely disappointed. Do not understand how they have 4.8⭐️, think the majority of their...
Read moreOn 09th of July 2025 we had a wonderful Dinner at Boi de Oro with 5 persons. We had crudités and thuna tartar and Italien starter as Appetizers. Great, fresh, tasty! For main course we went for the Red Thuna and the big Sea Brass and Sea Bream. Both big Dishes came with vegetable (delicious), potatoes and some tomatoes for 4 of us. All fresh made, tasty and in perfect condition. The wine recommendations (white and red from local wineries) were well suited. As desert the birthday “child” got the Pistacchio Semifreddo, mmmmh. All in all, top service, excellent food an an atmospheric...
Read moreI truly enjoy Rodizio Grill restaurants and this was no exceptions. A real pleasure. We visited Boi de Oro Churrascaria on July 22nd, 8 people including children. The service was really considerate. The meat was really tasty and tender, and they kept offering the cuts we enjoyed most and even asked if there were any we’d like more of. It was bit of a walk from the center of Santa Teresa, but to be honest, the walk back was nice after the feast. If you like great meat, then this is a...
