▪ LOCATION: Voto 9/10.
Ci siamo recati lì in una splendida giornata primaverile, abbiamo pranzato fuori. Lo spazio esterno è composto da diversi terrazzamenti ai piedi di una collinetta: il verde molto curato e si è davvero immersi nel verde.
▪ SERVIZIO: Voto 8++/10. Personale super cordiale, gentile e attento.
▪ CIBO & BEVANDE: Voto 7/10. Abbiamo ordinato, come antipasto: (i) tagliere di formaggi, (ii) tagliere di salumi, (iii) roast-beef tonnato, tutto buono nella media, prodotti freschi e saporiti. Mentre come primi: (i) risotto Castelmagno, limone e mandorle e (ii) spaghetti alla crema di barbabietola, pistacchi tostati e scorza di limone. Il risotto decisamente buono, gli spaghetti personalmente non li riprenderei.

▪ COSTO: 7/10 Un po’ altino considerando la posizione (Macherio) e ciò che abbiamo mangiato, ma rispecchiano la particolare location.
▪ AMBIENTE, ATMOSFERA, DESIGN: Voto 9/10.
Atmosfera davvero molto naturale, immersione completa nella natura, giornata di sole con temperatura perfetta in quando il verde della vegetazione è in grado di rinfrescare l’atmosfera. Si respira la connessione con la vegetazione.

▪ LOCATION: Score 9/10. We visited the place on a beautiful spring day and had lunch outside. The outdoor space consists of several terraces at the foot of a small hill: the greenery is well-maintained and you are truly immersed in nature.
▪ STAFF: Score 8++/10. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and attentive.
▪ FOOD & BEVERAGE: Score 7/10. For appetizers, we ordered: (i) cheese “tagliere” (wooden board with cheeseer, (ii) cold cuts platter with ”crudo” ham, salami, lardo di colonnata, and bresala (that are tipical Italian cold cuts, (iii) roast beef with tuna sauce (this is a tipical meal from the north of Italy). Everything was good, fresh, and flavorful. For the main courses, we had: (i) Castelmagno risotto with lemon and almonds, and (ii) spaghetti with beet cream, toasted pistachios, and lemon zest. The risotto was definitely good, but I wouldn't order the spaghetti again personally. The dishes were well presented!
▪ COST: Score 7/10. A bit high considering the location (Macherio) and what we ate, but it reflects the unique setting.
▪ENVIRONMENT, ATMOSPHERE & DESIGN: Score 9/10. The atmosphere is very natural, with a complete immersion in nature. It was a sunny day with perfect temperatures, and the greenery helped keep the atmosphere cool. You can feel the connection with the vegetation.
