Outstanding Experience for a Large Group!

I recently organized a dinner for 20 people at Il Gatto, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we made our reservation, the staff was accommodating and ensured everything was set up perfectly for our large group.

The food was exceptional! Every dish we tried, from the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, was delicious and beautifully presented. The flavors were authentic, and everyone in our party raved about their meals.

Service was top-notch as well. Despite the size of our group, the staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. We never felt rushed, and all our requests were met with a smile.

The best part was the value for money. Given the quality of the food and the excellent service, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, Il Gatto exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it for both small and large gatherings. We will...

Unfortunately, we didn't get the dine at Il Gatto as we just gave up the wait. The wait for the table was long, and we felt like we were being ignored, with the staff hoping we'd go away. When eventually seated, no of the staff even made any attempt to take our order even after a long time waiting and trying to get the staff's attention. We eventually left to get food elsewhere as it was getting late. Saying it all, I was pretty happy to leave as I daw one member of the staff pouring sparking water into a cocktail for a guest and then taking a big sip out the bottle directly in their mouth and just placing the bottle back. Now, will that same bottle be used for the next guests drink? I don't even want to know.... Happy we left without eating or drinking as hygiene doesn't seem to...

Normally i only write reviews for positive experiences, but there should be a first time for everything. We have been twice at your restaurant and twice we were waiting at the entrance for a spot at the table. It was 35 degrees this noon and we stood there with our two young kids in the sun during 10 min. Your waiter clearly spotted us but instead giving us a free table ( and there were more then 10 of them) he was too occupied taking orders for the few who got a spot. Everytime he went back inside and didn't bother about us. Serving good food is one thing, but hospitality and respect will get you much more in return.
