Fortunately I did believe the good Google ratings and tried this Osteria. Spaghetto Vongole is unbeatable, Fritto misto as well, nice and friendly staff, good wine and the service was always fast. I got the last seat without reservation, even though the restaurant was almost empty. This has been criticized quite often in negative ratings here at Google. But after 20:00 all tables have been fully occupied with people who were smart to reserve a table! If this cannot be understood by some tourists (and I have been a tourist myself) and therefore people rate the restaurant poorly I can only conclude they simply do not understand the culture to book a table in time and by this providing the restaurant a base for forecasting their daily business.
