The restaurant is wonderfully located directly on the beach. It is a well organised restaurant and Morena, the manager has with her accuracy and professionalism everything under control.

The menu offers finest fish food with the option of the "pescato del giorno”. The extra is of course due to the freshness in a upscale price range. Nothing unusual but here they offer in addition some lovely extras.

The menu starts with a little appetiser of the kitchen. From that moment on, you know that we will have a great dinner. Indeed the appetiser was only the start of a delicious palate adventure.

Gorigia, was mastering her service at the table with her explanations and knowledge that we felt like in a Michelin star restaurant. In fact the dishes we ordered were presented in a very modern an appetising way. The taste of the dishes met what you saw on plate. We go on regular basis in Michelin star restaurant in our region and I have to conclude that some dishes were worth a star. Especially the pastry cook team, my god, they have dilevered an art piece and the taste of it.... Sensational! I am honestly happy of not living in this area because I would gain many extry kilos 😉

At the end of the menu you receive again a kind of greating out of the kitchen by a small cornetto which is filled on place with different flavour creams and nut toppings. My preferred ones were chocolate with pistachio.

My favourite pasta was Linguine caccio pepe pistacchi e crudo di gambero.

Cena gourmet con vista sul tramonto e a pochi passi dal mare. Nonostante io e la mia compagna non alloggiassimo nell'hotel del ristorante e non avessimo fatto richieste particolari al momento della prenotazione, ci hanno riservato un tavolo nella posizione migliore per goderci il panorama. Lo abbiamo apprezzato molto, come abbiamo decisamente apprezzato la qualità dei piatti e del servizio. Qui il cliente viene "coccolato". Hai una sorta di entrée prima dell'antipasto, il cambio delle posate per ogni piatto, il cameriere che ti riempie i calici o bicchieri, il servizio alla Russa per diverse pietanze e un dolcetto dopo che si ha pagato il conto. È quel tipo di ristorante da cui esci così soddisfatto che non badi a quanto hai speso anche se bisogna dire che ci aspettavamo di pagare molto di più. Considerando i piatti, il servizio, la vista sul mare, il fatto di esser all'Elba, probabilmente abbiamo pagato anche troppo poco. È un'esperienza che consiglio a tutti almeno una volta. Au bar du restaurant , en famille bien reçu par les deux jeunes serveurs à l’approche de midi , en revanche quand nous avons demandé à voir la carte du restaurant le chef de salle s’est mis à raler après les jeunes et limite nous car toute la salle était réservée pour le service à venir . Passons tout semblait bien se passer avec un joli décor sur la mer , les boissons fraîches … pour ce qui se voulait de la restauration rapide nous avons dû patienter un long moment avant d’être servis à nouveau pas prioritaires à priori sur la salle traditionnelle alors que j’osnsiste. Ils sommes arrivés avant le rush . Enfin erreur sur une pinsa commandées nous n’avons pas trouvé bon de le préciser et les deux pinsas n’étaient pas bonnes : la crème du dessous était bien trop épaisse / salée , la crème d’avocat infecte et le saumon bien trop épais . Bien dommage pour un si parfait restauranr Hotel 4 étoiles de servir des produits de piètre qualité .
