Tahiti — Restaurant in Marciana

Sono andato in questo ristorante, in quanto mi era stato consigliato da un amico. Devo dire che atmosfera e il posto è molto bello, però con il cibo ho avuto una sorpresa amara. Voto 10 Location: Sulla spiaggia di Procchio, con vista al tramonto sulla baia. Musica di sottofondo. Unica cosa da migliorare i cartelli, non ci sono indicazioni stradali, è semplice dopo che ci sei stato. Comunque nella passeggiata direzione spiaggia in fondo a dx, dietro il bagno delfino. Il Parcheggio nella.piazza fuori dalla passeggiata è abbastanza ampio, dopo le 20.00.non si.paga. Voto 10 Servizio: personale gentile e attento. Per esempio il formaggio sulla pasta del mio è stato servito dal cameriere e non lasciato sulla tavola in totale accordo con le norme Covid19. Voto 7: Menù mi è sembrato equilibrato. Voto 4 Cucina: buoni gli antipasti, le acciughe fritte una delizia. Male i primi: Risotto al nero di seppia, di seppia c'era il nome, riso non cotto bene, chicco duro e il.nero non era amalgamato bene. Non sono riuscito a digerirlo. Mi moglie ha preso la carbonara di mare, troppa 'besciamella' e i frutti di mare non si sentivano. Non si può. Onestamente, chi fa ristorazione non può riuscire a fare un risotto e mettere la.besciamella come se fossimo americani. Alla fine ho preso un Aleatico, non so che marca avevano, era troppo dolce rispetto a quello bevuto da altre parti. Non mi è piaciuto. Voto 5 Conto: 80euro in due direi, mio figlio ha preso una pasta al pomodoro. Allego foto del conto. Direi caro perchè: 7euro una pastasciutta al.pomodoro per un bimbo 10 euro acciughe fritte, forse 2 paio di euro meno era meglio 18 antipasto all'Elba, senza cruditè 14 euro un risotto al.nero di seppia, o meglio al sapore o aspetto. Unica cosa che è stato economico il.coperto a 1.5 euro a testa. Forse si sono sbagliati.

Forse siamo stati sfortunati, però fossi il gestore questo cuoco non lo confermerei per la prossima stagione. In fine non lo consiglierei...

Good sea food, not fantastic but good. Stuff was quite friendly. It's a rather simple place but with a good atmosphere because it's located just at the waterfront, you can listen to waves arriving at the shore while having your meal. There are no overly sophisticated items on the one-page menu, but everything was nice, including the light, summery white wine. Soup with sea fruit on the menu, turned out to be a half kilogramm of muscles, shrimp, squid, with a couple of table spoons of liquid under it - not exactly how i imagine the soup, but it was still tasty and satisfying. Prices are rather fair, first+second+wine, around...

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns dafür entschlossen, einen Tisch fürs Abendessen im Tahiti zu reservieren. Die telefonische Reservierung erfolgte am selben Tag und wurde sehr freundlich von einem der Mitarbeiter entgegen genommen.

Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das Lokal doch sehr rustikal und nicht wirklich einladend ist. Die angenehm schwache Beleuchtung und der ausreichend große Abstand zwischen den einzelnen Tischen ist jedoch positiv hervorzuheben. Ab dem Zeitpunkt, als der Chef und die Kellner erfahren haben, dass wir nicht gut italienisch sprechen und Touristen sind, wurden wir leider unfreundlich bedient, zeitweise sogar ignoriert und wir hatten ständig das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Ein junger Kellner, welcher uns zu unserem Platz geleitete war jedoch sehr bemüht und freundlich, leider haben wir ihn nach der Getränkebestellung nicht mehr gesehen. Von da weg wurden die Speisen lieb- und teils wortlos auf den Tisch gestellt und es gab de facto keine Kommunikation seitens der Angestellten. Das Thunfisch Tatar bestand aus ungewürzten Fleischwürfeln, das Brot war leider ebenfalls trocken und schmeckte fade. Die Hauptspeise (Mixed Fish Plate Grilled) für zwei Personen um 38€ war für diesen Preis meiner Meinung nach zu klein, geschmacklich jedoch in Ordnung. Das Dessert (Tiramisu) konnte leider ebenfalls nicht überzeugen, es mangelte an Konsistenz. Enttäuscht und knapp 80€ Euro ärmer verließen wir das Lokal und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass Einheimische einen ganz anderen Service genießen, nur so kann ich mir die vielen positiven Bewertungen...
