We were 5 Scandinavians - 2 adults and 3 kids. We were greeted by the owner who is very nice. The food was delicious and our waiter was very helpful and friendly. The negative came when we tried to pay the bill. The man behind the desk was very rude. He ignores us and took payments from other people who came after we did. When we were finally the only one left he told us the cost in Italian and we tried to understand. He never looked me in the eye and just seemed very annoyed that we were there.

It was a mixed experience. If it wasn't for the rude man at the desk we would have...

Bah!!! Faccio notare che c’era più ghiaccio che Coca Cola, che dopo tre sorsi l’avevo praticamente finita, e la signora cameriera fa spallucce. Il prezzo assolutamente spropositato per un primo e mi è rimasto sullo stomaco, pure. Lascio la recensione negativa per la scortesia della signora cameriera. A volte basterebbe davvero poco per non infastidire il cliente.

Rispondo al gentile ristoratore. Come ben saprà le proporzioni sono importanti. Se Lei toglie il 60-70% del volume totale riempiendo di ghiaccio il bicchiere non berremo più una bibita da 33 cl come ci si può aspettare, ma molto meno. Pertanto non c'è stata alcuna confusione da parte mia. In secondo luogo la GRICIA ABBONDANTE. Avrò mangiato 100/110 grammi di pasta, non mezzo chilo. Se sono stato male alla sera non è certo per la quantità, ma per la qualità. Terzo punto che Lei ha sollevato. Come potevo sapere che Lei fosse il titolare? Io mi sono rivolto alla cameriera, se quest'ultima non ha soddisfatto il cliente non dovrebbe certo suggerirmi di cercare il titolare (cosa che mi sembra inopportuna) ma riprendere la sua dipendente. L'ultimo punto che ha sollevato sulla coetaneità, la tastierina e i leoni non l'ho compreso. Io sto solo condividendo un'esperienza con i Suoi futuri clienti che prima di recarsi nel Suo ristorante leggeranno le mie impressioni e la Sua...

Das Lokal macht zuerst einen guten Eindruck. Aber Vorsicht, in diesem zelebriert sich der Chef als Superstar. Sämtliche Wände und Weiteres sind mit ihm zugepflastert. Und sogar ein Video von ihm läuft während des Essens. Alles ok, währe nicht die Wartezeit auf Dieses (1 Stunde), die Arroganz der Angestellten, der Preis und das Können des Koches. Frische der Speisen perfekt. Pizza nah ja. Nudelgerichte, vergesst es. Macht jeder Zuhause, hoffentlich besser. Portionen sehr klein. Chef sehr arrogant. Geht in eine andere Gaststätte, außer ihr wollt den Möchtegern Chelentano sehen. Ist so, leider. Ich habe zuerst Zwei Sterne vergeben.
