SCACCO MATTO — Restaurant in Martina Franca

Scacco Matto is a restaurant for pizza "only". It is born as a take away and this is confirmed by the disposable plates and cups made of plastic. Only pizza... And this is better than ever because it gives you an excellent quality of each single ingredient starting from the fresh, perfectly baked dough on top of which the cook gives you a great choice of flavors.

Nevertheless it is the price, cheap considered the quality given.

The setting is quiet and enough intimate when not crowded.

It would be a 5 star for the pizza alone. 4 stars because of the limited choice of beer, one brand only and in 33cl bottles.

Out of the center fairly enough that allows you to easily find a parking place, eat quietly and reach the center of the town by foot in a 15...

Food was absolutely delicious, and it was fascinating to see the chef prepare the pizzas behind the counter. The service was fast, menue has English text, so ordering had no problems. Pizzeria storica a Martina Franca e l’unica in assoluto che nonostante l’inflazione e il periodo storico ti permette di gustare una buonissima pizza a scelta ed una bevanda a scelta con 7 € . Ero scettico riguardo i prodotti utilizzati ma si percepisce la qualità già dal primo morso. I prodotti utilizzati sono di prima qualità e a km 0 (è stata mia premura assicurarmi di ció chiaramente chiedendo più info ).
