Ristorante Trabucco — Restaurant in Massa

Recommendation: STAY AWAY.

This was the worst restaurant visit of our journey to Italy. Utterly, utterly useless food and service. It was also very expensive.

I ordered a tuna tartar, which wasn't cut properly. It had strings of fat holding the pieces together, as shown in the attached images, kind of reminds me of dog food. I also ordered a seafood plate which was virtually everything you can image put in a fryer, disgusting. Everything also tasted frozen. Both of the dishes tasted terrible. The seafood plate had no sauce or anything, completely dry and tasteless. The tuna was disgusting.

I would've given it a 0, but it wasn't possible on google. Terrible food, useless service, they were rude and the whole experience cost 90 €.

No we did not get a bottle of wine, we paid for it. Yes we got a new tuna tartar after I ate half, but would've honestly prefered to get it taken off our bill. The new tuna tasted just as...

Pretty good place, a little too expensive for the food, but that seems to be normal level for all touristic restaurants along the beach, if you search for better prices you should go to the city or to mountains. I have ordered a fish and was not very happy with it. Recommend to improve the dish, was pretty simple. All 3 other guests with me was satisfied with their dishes. Nevertheless the service was very good, very nice english and german-speaking waitress was serving us and was very friendly and helpful. 5/5 for service, 4/5...

Siamo venuti a cena in 20 per un addio al celibato, tutti adulti oltre i 30 anni. Avevamo prenotato per le 21:30 ma, a causa di un importante rallentamento sulla A11, siamo arrivati alle 22:15, avvisando più volte il ristorante del ritardo.

Purtroppo l’accoglienza iniziale è stata davvero deludente. La cameriera (di nome Mimma) si è mostrata subito molto scortese, sottolineando problemi su tutto: ci ha detto che non potevamo ordinare troppi piatti diversi, che la grigliata non poteva essere fatta per più di un certo numero di persone e che alcuni piatti di pesce avrebbero richiesto troppo tempo. Ha persino detto, in modo poco elegante, che la nostra comanda non avrebbe più permesso alla cucina di «andare a casa».

Al momento del dolce ha perso la pazienza e se ne è andata lasciando la comanda a metà. In seguito, va detto, ha comunque chiesto scusa per i toni.

In generale però il servizio è risultato poco adatto a gestire un gruppo numeroso come il nostro: ci saremmo aspettati maggiore professionalità e disponibilità.

Anche sul cibo sinceramente non possiamo dire di essere rimasti soddisfatti: la qualità non era buona, certamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato. Alla fine il conto è stato di 1520 euro per la serata, con 6 bottiglie di Franciacorta e 4 di Vermentino.

Un peccato, perché sarebbe bastato un po’ più di cortesia e attenzione per trasformare la serata in un’esperienza molto più piacevole. Spero che questa recensione possa servire a migliorare il servizio e l’organizzazione per gruppi...
