We had a great night at Befolk. A little different in this part of Sicily but sits well amongst the traditional cuisine from this fabulous region. Wow! We are from England - Home of microbreweries - and this has a great vibe! All the beers/lagers/ales/porters/etc are from Italy, some local to Sicily! Abbiamo cenato qui in un gruppo di 6 persone. Ambiente molto bello e curato (i quadretti sulle pareti sono bellissimi), hanno pochi spazi a sedere, ma hanno un soppalco per poter avere qualche tavolo in più. Il menù è corto, il che lo reputo un vantaggio perchè vuol dire che preparano poche cose ma buone, e coerenti con la tipologia di locale. Buona anche la scelta della birra, tutte artigianali o di birrifici indipendenti.. ce ne sono diverse tutte molto interessanti. Gli hamburger erano tutti molto saporati, belli nell'aspetto e con condimenti adeguati, così come le patatine. Il pulled pork forse l'unica nota meno felice, buono ma poco saporito/speziato, non è facile trovare un pulled pork degno di nota; in ogni caso sicuramente non era un brutto piatto, ma il meno forte tra tutti. Consigliato se si vuole mangiare un buon hamburger! Presenti anche delle varianti vegetariani...
