I ordered a mutton biryani on the day of Eid, the staff told me it’s gonna be so tasty so I went ahead with his recommendation when the food came I noticed that it had an egg along with a mutton piece. When I ate the rice, I noticed that it lacked salt, thus lacking flavour. When I tried the meat, the meat was actually good. I’m not going to lie it was nice but when I eat the egg I noticed that the egg was very cold the biryani which was one dish had parts of three different temperatures I hated it next up. I ordered a nehari thinking I’ll eat it along with my biryani and I noticed that it hadn’t come in a long time to my table when I asked the staff told me that he thought I wanted it for takeaway, but I never told him I wanted it for takeaway. Before it arrived, the staff told me that the nihari is made up of beef which is very new because nihari is always made up of mutton. And when it came I was so excited to try it because I have asked the staff if it is good and he told me it is the best dish and has a lot of flavour but when it came, it tasted nothing like nihari, there were three pieces of bone with no meat attached to it drenched in oil or sauce which was very oily and had no salt and lacking flavour. I had one spoon and I had returned it because I didn’t want to eat that shit and I told him how do you expect me to eat at? It has no meat attached to it and you just scam me. The dish was €5 when paying the bill he told me that you pay €3 instead of five which got me thinking okay? I’ll pay it at first but then I thought I can’t let this behaviour slide because I all I had was a spoon and I couldn’t eat more than that even if I wanted to. That’s when the cashier becomes aggressive with me and he tells me that this is how the food is supposed to be served in a restaurant like this and he started talking about my background saying maybe the place where you’re coming from it’s different, but this is how it is over here. But I had told him that I have been to multiple restaurants and this is a Bangladeshi restaurant which is being renamed as an Indian restaurant and he told me that. Nihari is paya, it’s different, but I told him it’s not my problem if the dish is not the same why would he name at the same and I stood my ground. Please don’t visit this restaurant. They don’t care about their customers. All they want is their money. I mean if you’re a fan of mediocre food go ahead thank you. Have a nice...
Read moreRecently opened restaurant in Via Padova diagonally across Global Supermarket. Food is delicious. Good options for meat eaters. Prices are slightly lower than other such places, but felt portions are also bit smaller. No complaints though. Do not miss the masala Tea with milk, it was really great with cardamom. Easily accessible, next to 56 bus stop. One downside is, they do not yet accept cards. So be...
