Partenopea Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Milan

It is not an easy task to find a good pizzeria in Milan, as it is rather known from risotto. Nevertheless, Pizzeria Partenopea is an exception. First off, this is not an ordinary, tourists oriented restaurant- it is full of local people (this is already a first good sign). Then, the entire staff is Italian (so they know what they are doing) and they are really nice, friendly (when I revisited them, the waiter remembered me and my order from the previous visit) and can speak/understand English. Next good sign: they have a real pizza oven (fired with wood- it is not electric). Finally, the pizza prices are affordable- the most expensive pizza is around 8 euro 50 cents. Last but not least- the desert which is called baba (if you like rum, this is something for you- as the waiter said to me) which is rum flavored cake (cake with rum). Probably the best Tiramisy I ever eat in my life! Every single time me and my wife are going to Italian restaurant over the world and ordering Tiramisy we are comparing it with the one we tried in this small privately owned pizzeria and very rarely we are satisfied ...
