KUSINA ni LODI 2 — Restaurant in Milan

We saw this restaurant "Kusina ni Lodi" In google Maps since we were searching for a Filipino restaurant, and since we were staying in Dergano we found this welcoming restaurant for like 82 meters from our BnB..🫰🫰 ✅️ Staff: they were nice and helpful and attentive to the guest needs.. ✅️ Place: it was big, and can accommodate 100+ guest ✅️ Menu: it was very good..not overflowing but it was exactly the list of food we are looking for.. ✅️ Portion: the plating and portioning was very good and it matches the price.. ✅️ Price: it was reasonable.. ✅️ The Owner: we had a chance to meet and talk with the owner "Lodi" he is so nice and so welcoming +points was is that he is from the same province/ barrio as my husband.. Great neighborhood type restaurant. Had lots of clientele that appeared to know the owners who hail from Batangas. Very personable and made sure that we were well taken cared of. Efficient Mom and Pop operation, husband cooked, wife took care of service, daughter ran the register. The food was yummy and presentation was very aesthetically pleasing. If you are in the area, I would strongly recommend going to this place. Tucked away in a side street in front of a basketball court. Abbiamo cenato in gruppo, hanno accettato la prenotazione di quasi 20 persone ma non hanno saputo gestirci. Abbiamo ordinato tutti insieme, però alcuni piatti sono arrivati dopo 1 ora di attesa e non solo: uno degli ultimi piatti è stato un semplicissimo pollo fritto per una BAMBINA, che dopo diversi solleciti hanno erroneamente comunque servito ad un’altra persona (sempre del nostro tavolo, ma arrivata dopo), dopo aver rotto un ancora un po’ ci hanno fatto arrivare il pollo MA crudo, come potete vedere in foto. Dopo averglielo fatto presente NON hanno tolto il piatto alla bambina, ma le hanno portato un nuovo pollo ben cotto con la scusa “andavamo di fretta mi dispiace tanto” ora mi dite se più di un’ora di attesa non è abbastanza tempo per cuocere un pollo.. Sta di fatto che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare infinite volte per far mangiare tutta la tavolata, qualità del cibo a parte (scarsa) l’esperienza di servizio e attenzione non è assolutamente accettabile. C’è chi si è trovato pure capelli nel piatto! Tra gli ordini che abbiamo fatto inizialmente, c’era anche un piatto da portare via. Vista la situazione l’ abbiamo comunque ricordato diverse volte durante la cena, e quando abbiamo finito tutti il pasto - due ore di cena causa lunghe attese -sono venuti a dirci che il piatto da portare via non era più disponibile e ci hanno proposto un altro simile (ordinato tosino portato a casa longanisa, bene!) avevano due ore abbondanti per darci questa notizia, dovevano saperlo dal momento dell’ordinazione. Altra prova di improfessionalità e disattenzione. Purtroppo non siamo i primi perché parlando con altre persone abbiamo riscontrato le stesse problematiche.
