Let me begin by saying my husband and I are (were) big fans of Fernet. We constantly order it while out in the States and tell our friends to order it. We even featured it at our wedding.
So, we were thrilled to book a tour of the distillery. We went online and attempted to book the English tour FOUR times. We got a confirmation that someone would contact us. That never happened.
We went to distillery to see if we can get help with booking but the front desk security guard was rude and refused to help us find someone who could help and turned us away.
We NO LONGER will drink, advertise or speak of Fernet in the States.
What a waste of time and based on the reviews, the tour looks underwhelming. Don’t waste your time!
I’ll be sure to share my experience with my social media followers, which are in the tens of thousands.

It appears that they have plans to further expand the options, but this was still a very basic tour of marketing and brands offered. There is great...

Our tour guide was one of the Italian brand ambassadors. He was very thorough in his explanations and the history of the company. He just didn’t seem enthusiastic though. It felt a little forced.
I was shocked to find there isn’t a tasting. Compared to all the other brewery and distillery tours I’ve been on, it left a lot...
