There were bugs everywhere. On the bed, on the window, in the bathroom, on the desk, on the floor - you get the picture.

I tried to check with the staff but she denies it even when she was looking at it with her own eyes. Almost implying that it was my fault for letting them in. I never opened the windows and she thinks I did. She says its normal in Italy and I told her I have visited Italian hotels (4 different ones this trip alone) and it had never happened to us.

The hotel is situated way in a bad part of town. The reason why you don't see any pictures on their website of their surrounding is because they are across from an abandoned building covered in graffiti and next to dusty industrial terrain.

The lobby has a strange cologne smell like it is covering up something, same goes for elevators. Thank goodness the room did not have this problem.

The shower was old and flimsy and awkward positioned.

Honestly, I can't even say "you get what you pay for" because you can get a much better deal elsewhere but I was too lazy to look and took the first available one. My own fault for not doing proper research, be...

We stayed here for 1 night at a rate of 110 euros, including breakfast, which was great value. The breakfast was alright, with basic options, and they freshly made coffee for us, which was nice.

However, the amenities and room were outdated, with some furniture falling apart and room toilet having a weird stench. The hair dryer didn’t work, and the room wasn’t as clean as expected for a 3-star hotel, though they did provide basic toiletries.

The location was a bit inconvenient, about a 15-min walk from the train station, which was challenging with large luggage. The area felt somewhat unsafe, especially as it was dark and there was some commotion at a nearby supermarket. It’s also about a 20-min public transport ride to the city center, such as the Duomo.

We checked in late and were given a larger triple room instead of a standard double, which was a nice gesture. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re looking for affordability, but there’s definitely room for...
