Good pizza in the North of Milan! We came here around 7:30pm-8pm in the evening and the restaurant was very empty. Actually, we might have been the only patrons. We were seated by the friendly owner and chose two pizzas, plus drinks. I had the pizza diavola and quite enjoyed it. The dough was crunchy and the pizza was slightly on the cheesy side for my taste but I still liked it, especially the spicy salami. Un’esperienza imbarazzante. Premetto che sono entrato nel locale e sono andato via prima di sedermi. Entriamo e nessuno accoglie me e il mio amico. Dico due volte ad uno dei camerieri ‘Buonasera, possiamo sederci?’, e alla seconda si degna di staccare lo sguardo dal cellulare per dirmi ‘no no, chiedi a lui che sta arrivando’ (indicando un altro di loro). E già qui l’unica cosa che mi teneva ancora dentro era la fame. Arriva dunque quest’altra persona per ‘accoglierci’ a cui chiedo ‘Un tavolo per due possiamo averlo?’. Risposta: ‘ volete pinsa romana o trancio? ‘ ‘Veramente vorremmo pizza napoletana (dato che la pizzeria era napoletana), ma possiamo sederci?’ ‘No, no, o pinsa romana o trancio!’ Al che io e il mio amico non capiamo e cerchiamo di capire cosa non fosse chiaro nella nostra richiesta. Ecco che qui, lui ci dice, scontroso e sgarbato, ‘DOVETE GUARDARE IL FOGLIO, È SCRITTO TUTTO LÌ.’ In soldoni, in questo foglietto A5, appeso in maniera totalmente randomica ad altezza bambino sotto il bancone, c’era scritto a quanto pare che il sabato non fanno pizza napoletana. … L’imbarazzo e la voglia di litigare crescono in noi due … Di comune accordo e in silenzio, fuggiamo da questo covo di scortesia. Incredible that this place is rated so highly. The restaurant was empty when we went and they still wouldn't let us choose the toppings we wanted, only allowed to order as per menu. Not all pizzas have cheese on it so make sure you check the ingredients. Pizza itself was okay but expected a lot better based on these reviews. Found the service to be unfriendly and...
