I am absolutely seething. To say I am disappointed would be the understatement of the century; I am furious, humiliated, and utterly disgusted by the sheer incompetence and breathtaking rudeness of this establishment. I spent an exorbitant amount of money for what was supposed to be a special celebration, and instead, I was subjected to the most appalling, scam-like treatment of my life.

Let's start with the food: a complete and total betrayal of Filipino cuisine, cooked by someone with no respect for the culture or its flavors. It was bland, inauthentic, and an insult to the very concept of a "Philippine restaurant."

But the food is almost irrelevant compared to the catastrophic, infuriating service orchestrated by the owners—the most arrogant, unpleasant, and sour couple I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Their behavior was not just rude; it was unhinged.

We booked a private event for 30 people. We agreed on specific dishes and explicitly confirmed we could bring our own alcohol. What followed was a masterclass in deception and hostility:

They invented a corkage fee ON THE SPOT, slapping us with a charge for every single bottle we brought—a cost they never, ever mentioned when we asked for permission.

They prepared the food we paid for and then had the audacity to withhold most of it! They kept the majority of the prepared dishes for themselves and only gave us a pathetic, small portion.

The buffet was served a full hour late, yet they offered zero extension. And as if that wasn't enough, because we had forgotten to bring our own speaker, they had the gall to demand an additional 60 euros on the spot!

And then, the grand finale: 15 minutes before 4 PM, in the middle of our event, they started aggressively rushing us out. They didn't ask; they demanded we leave because they were closing. The owners, sour as lemons, delivered this ultimatum in the most rude and bigoted way imaginable.

When I dared to ask for clarification on their invented charges, the elderly owner became belligerent. He raised his voice, spoke over me, and actually threatened to throw my entire party out onto the street—even though I had already paid a significant portion of their fraudulent bill!

The woman is no better. She doesn't have the basic decency to finish a conversation. She literally turns her back on you while you are still speaking to her. We are in Italy, and the sheer inability to communicate properly or show a shred of respect for their customers is mind-boggling. Where have we ended up?

This is not a restaurant; it is a scam. It is a toxic environment run by people who have a profound contempt for their clients. They are con artists in aprons. The only positive thing was the clean bathroom, but that’s like complimenting a sinking ship on the quality of its deck chairs.

I am not just disappointed; I am enraged. NEVER AGAIN. I hope this bunch of rude, incompetent people SHUT DOWN for good. Save your money, your time, and your mental health. Avoid this place...

At first, I was very calm and patient because I didn’t want to ruin the mood or the party I was planning. I tried to stay positive and give the place a chance, but in the end, I was extremely disappointed especially with how the owner treated us. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know what to expect. If you’re thinking about hosting an event here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The way we were treated was not acceptable, and based on my experience, this is not a place that values its customers especially those trying to plan something meaningful. La famiglia del mio ragazzo, filippina, tra le più ospitali e gentili mai conosciute, ha organizzato in questo ristorante la festa di Natale, occupando per la serata l’intero locale. Purtroppo però la permanenza non è stata piacevole come ci aspettavamo. al nostro arrivo il proprietario (in modo molto maleducato) non ha permesso di far entrare un cagnolino e ha costretto una famiglia a tornare a casa dall’altra parte di Milano per riportarlo, (ripeto che per la serata avevamo occupato tutto il locale noi e che non si trattava di un cane di grossa taglia) cibo: qualità normale, piatti poco saporiti, dolci normali, niente di speciale. ci era stato specificato di lasciare il locale alle 22 e dalle ore 21:30 hanno iniziato a metterci fretta di terminare la serata e liberare il posto, addirittura togliendo piatti con ancora cibo o facendo più volte il gesto ad indicare l’ora. per finire, non ci hanno neanche degnato di un saluto ne di un grazie, motivo per cui non consiglio a nessuno di prenotare qui per feste o...
