I have bought many chocolate Frozen 2 eggs for my daughter and keep getting the same one Kristoff. This character is not even on the insert inside the egg. Also says on the bottom of insert that pictures shown are the only character's but no kristoff shown. So please tell me why we keep getting him? Shes so happy to get one of your chocolates but always gets the same one. She wants a girl one, even the snowman wouldent hurt for once but keeps getting one thats not even shown on the insert. We choose away from a big brand kinder surprise made here in canada for your eggs and it always ends in disappointment. very disappointed by Zaini eggs! it is just a SCAM! The packaging is made to look like the REAL KINDER eggs...they place it on the shelfves in same type of packaging ....but it is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE SAME QUALITY....!! Juste low quality milk chocolate, no white delicious layer like the REAL KINDER EGGS (which they just copied.... !!) Shame on...

Delusi dal customer care di questa ditta che nonostante le evidenze inviate sul prodotto, non è stata in grado di fornirci assistenza adeguata alla risoluzione del problema. Non siamo soddisfatti di quanto ci hanno risposto senza fornire una diretta proposta di risoluzione, chiedendoci se ci siamo rivolti prima al punto vendita perché loro "dalla fabbrica controllano tutto", ma in realtà non hanno confermato di aver effettuato, al momento del dialogo, alcuna procedura certificata di controllo per capire davvero quale sia stato il motivo del deterioramento della merce.
