Piadineria Verogusto — Restaurant in Milan

Milano city life always poses tradeoff: you eat well enough but they will rob you, perhaps you get a smile but you have to leave as soon as you can, perhaps you choose to be satisfied because cmon you're in Milan... Well forget that, this is another kind of place and if you're searching for a genuine artisan piadina place you will find something homemade from A to Z, you can even be informed daily about the ingredients and their alternatives, always handmade, tables may be few but if you ask or even better book there is always a yes as a response. Remember we're in Milan so please try to understand how much it's rare. Everything works from the moment you open the door to the moment you leave. Quality is everything: not only the food, but also people and hospitality you get, probably on the best tier Milano has to offer. Delicious, as delicious as his food is. The lunch break you always want to take, or maybe not, go elsewhere so that I can find a place or maybe come anyway and we'll both be happy :))

Got into Milan late at night and found this place still open. Very nice atmosphere and the owner graciously spoke English once she could see we were struggling :) Very patient and gave great recommendations on the menu. Food was excellent and just what we needed after a long days travelling. 10/10...

Di passaggio per una pausa ed un pranzo veloce mi fermo in questo posticino che da su Piazza Durante. Sfogliando il menù ho optato per una piadina piuttosto classica (vero che si dice che è più facile vedere gli errori nelle cose semplici) ma davvero super! Contando pure che sono fatte in casa e senza strutto (Quindi anche possibilità per vegani - e tanto sono soffici e buone che non lo diresti nemmeno). Lo dico anche mettendo in conto che ho origini romagnole e nella mia vita ne ho mangiate -per forza- parecchie. Ottima qualità prezzo per una Milano del 2023 che a volte fa quasi paura cercare un posto dove fermarsi. Ultima nota ma non meno importante le due ragazze dello staff...
