Sono stato due settimane fa con mio cugino a mangiare una pizza. Siamo usciti soddisfatti Vado poco fa a prendere una margherita. Pago. Il pizzaiolo la prepara e la inforna con il fuoco a mille, tempo 30 secondi bruciatura sul bordo vicino all fuoco(poca roba, penso, da sapore). finisce, Inscatola la pizza e vado. Arrivo a casa, mi siedo, mangio una fetta ed é un po' gommosa. Guardo il cornicione ed é gommoso al tatto e alla vista. Torno alla pizzeria facendo notare la mia perplessità. La risposta é stata:" no caro, questa é la mia pizza.".
Se devo pagare una margherita tanto quanto un'ora di lavoro.... Che almeno venga fatta...
