Rusticando — Restaurant in Milazzo

Me and my boyfriend, we entered and asked for a table in order to eat. Not even after ONE MINUTE, we started to get pressure for ordering from one waitress, then from another one, then from the owner.

Since we had luggages with us, we have been treated with prejudice as if we were refugees who did just want to profit of some fresh air and did not recognise that a service MUST be paid.

WE CLEARLY STATED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GIVE US THE TIME TO LOOK AT THE MENU FOR ORDERING, but the service is so poor they refused to listen to us and clearly asked us to leave since "we were not ordering".

Not only they did not treat us as clients, but when I directly left a constructive comment with the willingness to potentially helping them with future clients, I received no excuses, but a ton of justifications and I have been also verbally aggressed.

Unluckily I have no registration nor footages of this episode, otherwise, I would have gone to the police. Because this place is not only the worst in terms of service for a client, but I have been explicitly discriminated as a person on the basis of nothing more than...

Ormai quando torno a casa per le ferie e vado al mare è tappa fissa per uno spuntino. La varietà è tanta e la qualità altrettanto. Ho avuto modo negli anni di provare diversi prodotti e li ho trovati tutti di livello. L'impasto della pizza alla pala è ottimo, leggero, croccante, piacevole in bocca. Gli ingredienti sono di buona qualità e tutto concorre alla produzione di un vero trionfo per le papille gustative. Di buona fattura anche gli arancini, io sono un fedelissimo del classico al ragù ma anche gli altri meritano. Ottimi anche i pidoni, fritto non eccessivo o pesante, regala quella punta piacevole di unto in bocca insieme ad una ottima croccantezza. Quello con scarola e acciuga TOP. Ben equilibrato, sapido il giusto, ti fa venire subito voglia di mangiarne un altro. Sempre gentile il personale. Se volete fare una sosta di gusto, allora dovete farla qui....

In quei giorni di vacanza, totalmente sconosciuti al paese, ci troviamo presso Rusticando, frontalmente al porto di Milazzo. Quello che posso dire, è che abbiamo preso tutto quello che vedete in foto, con un prezzo assolutamente giusto, nella media e valido per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci siamo seduti nei tavoli all'aperto ma hanno anche parecchi posti all'interno del locale. Descrivo in base a quanto mi ricordo.. in foto trovate: due tranci di pizza pistacchio e ricotta (FAVOLOSA), un rollò di wurstel semplice (pane in pasta attorno al wurstel), un arancino al burro e un trancio di pizza alla norma (salsa, melanzane e ricotta salata), il tutto servito in modo molto fotografabile, con questo tagliere in legno e le nostre bevande.
