Am I the only one noticing that they are charging 20% service fee for just breakfast??? Unreasonable! And check your bill carefully as they do make mistakes and they write everything as âBRIOCHEâ despite what you order, food or drink.
To answer your reply: Dear shop owner, 2 things Iâd like to specify for everyone whoâs going to read this review, I didnât say you didnât write the service fee on the wall, which indeed I didnât see as we were given no menu, but instead in this review I was pointing out that it was âunreasonableâ for a non-high-end restaurant (no offense) to charge 20% service fee, on a breakfast. 2.5 euros is not the problem, problem is no one is happy to pay for things they think that is unfair. I was talking about everything I ordered on the bill was written as âbriocheâ hence people need to check their bills. I didnât mention that you tried to charge for the iced americano you made with sugar in it, and then took away the glass I didnât drink immediately because I said it shouldnât have sugar in it, and in the end you still put it in the bill. I believe that one was a communication mistake between you and the waitress, and I choose to believe that you didnât try to add that extra sweet americano in the bill just to get the extra 2.5 euros. (And for your information, Americano coffee is indeed without sugar, in any country. So you canât say that I âmade the mistakeâ for not asking you to not put sugar in it.)
