Am I the only one noticing that they are charging 20% service fee for just breakfast??? Unreasonable! And check your bill carefully as they do make mistakes and they write everything as “BRIOCHE” despite what you order, food or drink.

To answer your reply: Dear shop owner, 2 things I’d like to specify for everyone who’s going to read this review, I didn’t say you didn’t write the service fee on the wall, which indeed I didn’t see as we were given no menu, but instead in this review I was pointing out that it was “unreasonable” for a non-high-end restaurant (no offense) to charge 20% service fee, on a breakfast. 2.5 euros is not the problem, problem is no one is happy to pay for things they think that is unfair. I was talking about everything I ordered on the bill was written as “brioche” hence people need to check their bills. I didn’t mention that you tried to charge for the iced americano you made with sugar in it, and then took away the glass I didn’t drink immediately because I said it shouldn’t have sugar in it, and in the end you still put it in the bill. I believe that one was a communication mistake between you and the waitress, and I choose to believe that you didn’t try to add that extra sweet americano in the bill just to get the extra 2.5 euros. (And for your information, Americano coffee is indeed without sugar, in any country. So you can’t say that I “made the mistake” for not asking you to not put sugar in it.)

I don’t like long reviews but I also don’t appreciate misleading replies from shops who can’t take...

Personale indisponente ;poco assortimento. Giusto 3/4 gusti di gelato scandentissimo perché completamente senza gusto; tra l’altro non preparato davanti al cliente! Per non parlare del servizio..la banconista chiaramente (infastidita) ripete diverse volte : “ahh ma sono gelati?!?” Come se non volesse prepararli e come se la decisione di quello che dovevo mangiare spettasse a lei! Assurdo! L’altro banconista, come se non ci fosse; gli chiedi le cose e ti risponde a mezzo muso..no words! Se non avete voglia di lavorare statevene a casa piuttosto che offrire prodotti immangiabili e un servizio orribile! Per quello che mi riguarda POTETE CHIUDERE! Non c’è possibilità ti rispondere,quindi modifico direttame questo messaggio! Non sono affatto prevenuto; ho semplicemente raccontato la mia esperienza nel vostro locale! detto questo, vi consiglio di prendete le recensioni negative per migliorarvi, invece di partire inutilmente sulla difensiva perché va solo a discapito vostro!
