Il ristorante Vela Blu è una perla affacciata direttamente sulla spiaggia di Riccione, capace di unire l’atmosfera rilassata della Riviera ad una cucina che punta decisa verso l’eccellenza. La freschezza e la qualità delle materie prime sono immediatamente percepibili sin dal primo assaggio: ogni piatto è una celebrazione del mare Adriatico, con sapori autentici e ben bilanciati.

I primi piatti meritano una menzione speciale: pasta sempre cotta al punto giusto, condimenti generosi ma raffinati, ed un equilibrio di sapori che conquista fin dal primo boccone.

Ma il vero fiore all’occhiello del Vela Blu sono i piatti di pesce di grande pezzatura, preparati secondo la tradizione mediterranea: cotti al forno con pomodorini freschi e zucchine, sprigionano aromi intensi e naturali che esaltano la qualità della materia prima senza coprirla. Rombi, dentici, rane pescatrici di dimensioni importanti, serviti con maestria e con un occhio sempre attento alla presentazione, rendono ogni pasto un’esperienza memorabile.

From beginning to end the service was impeccable (my boyfriend is italian and 100% agrees) and rhw food was absolutely delightfully delicious.
