Booked for lunch for two people two days in advance. Literally located on the strand, it is an very lovely place even during the day: the restaurant has got a fresh and elegant style. Staff is polite; discreet and accurate in their service: all in all the waiting between courses was neither slow nor too fast. In relation to the meale there was nothing to complain at all: all was fresh; well prepared and served too. All fish order (from starters to mains was delicious and tasty with also innovation along with tradition, so we were fully satisfied although it is not a Michelin-star and never pretended to be. Moderately expansive (was circa 45€ per person); courtesy it is a real asset here: they even answered a tricky question (where tuna had been fished) straightaway with no problems whatsoever. Superb. Food arrived very quickly. It was freshly made. We opted for the Chef's suggestions: they were spot on. Wine was good, not pretentious, fairly priced. The service was excellent, like you would expect from an Romagnolo Hosteria. All in all, this is a true, authentic, gastrointestinal experience in the heart of the Riviera Romagnola.
