Really unfriendly and impossible to hear on the phone. Couldn’t even order what I wanted because the guy on the phone insisted I had to order a bigger pizza for some damn reasons. I cancelled the order.

Edit: 😂 The owner of the store replied by insulting my intelligence because apparently Italians cannot deal with dissatisfied customers. I maintain my opinion of the pizzeria. Terrible service and really unfriendly. The problem wasn’t my connection, but the absolute chaos in your restaurant, it was so noisy you couldn’t understand me and now you are blaming my “bad connection”. You insisted on the bigger pizza instead of just politely say you couldn’t fulfil the order. No, I didn’t want a gelato, I wanted half a pizza one way and the other half another way, something done everywhere on the planet. Something that, for the record, years ago this same pizzeria used to do, perhaps before you owned it. If you don’t do it, great, say so instead of insisting on selling me a larger pie. You were rude on the phone and crass in your reply. I don’t need to taste your food to know you are crass and unfriendly. Terza volta che prendo la pizza qui, devo dire non delude, anzi si riconferma... Lascio la recensione soprattutto per la qualità degli ingredienti, prosciutto cotto molto buono (non la prendo mai in giro perché lascia molto a desiderare e non fa buono odore, e qui l'ho voluto provare) funghi (stesso discorso del prosciutto) altrettanto buoniii, mangiati tutti senza scartarne uno, salsa di pomodoro dolcissima. Servizio veloce, forno a legna e prezzi molto convenienti. Abbiamo ordinato due pizze: la prima molto buona, anche la mia lo sarebbe stata se non fosse che è stata bruciata sia sotto che sopra (e non c'era nessun cliente quindi non è questione di confusione), altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle. Se mi dovessi trovare di passaggio di nuovo ritornerò perché voglio darvi un'altra possibilità in quanto le parti non bruciate erano...
