Well... I am not sure I'll be back soon here... It's true it was full. It's true we were a big group. But the food and the service was really "canteen style". Pasta was with canned ragù ( :op), the meat with aceto balsamico was good (fortunately), side dish was raw salad. Everything served "bricklayer style". Coffee... in plastic goblets. Awful. Other people told me that their previous experience there was totally different. But they all agreed that today the lunch was overall rather bad! In summary: you can try it at your own risk. Went with a local who picked me up from the Bologna airport. Let him choose where to eat and happy he did. It’s in a sports hall so the ambience is basic, the kind of place for families and friends. Knowing I wanted a local specialty we had gnocco and tigelle and a bottle of Lambrusco. In addition to the sliced meats, they brought us small bowls of stewed pork and one with sausage and beans. Siamo stati per la prima volta in questo posto a Modena, eravamo in 5 amici. Una confusione come mai avevamo visto in vita nostra, nemmeno in certe zone del medio oriente , di quelle più affollate! Un chiasso in questo ristorante che praticamente è una sala gigante con personale che corre da tutte le parti e file incessanti di persone in piedi. Alcune in attesa di essere ricevute da qualcuno per avere un tavolo, altre in fila per pagare il conto in cassa. Una volta che finalmente ci si riesce a sedere a un tavolo è un continuo dover chiedere al personale che sfreccia da tutte le parti per cercare di poter fare l'ordinazione, ma la risposta è sempre la stessa :"un attimo, un attimo che vi mandiamo qualcuno a prendere gli ordini". Il tempo passa e non arriva nessuno, nel frattempo altre persone arrivano, passano camerieri da tutte le parti portando piatti che nessuno aveva ordinato, sbagliano i tavoli, si confondono. Senti le persone dei tavoli adiacenti che dicono sempre :"scusi, scusa, potrei ordinare?" . Seduti da 20 minuti, con un sound di sottofondo fatto da decine di persone che parlano ad alta voce, cameriere che si scambiano comandi tra loro urlando. Poi vi è una campanellina che suona in continuazione, probabilmente arriva dalla cucina per segnalare che i piatti sono pronti!!! In continuazione! Mamma mia che chiasso! Che confusione!!! Un'odissea! Piuttosto ci fermavamo a mangiare in autostrada in autogrill e che cavolo almeno li tutto sto casino non si sente!
