Very delicious fine dinning cuisine prepared by a famous Italian Chef in a magnificent location, a mill from 1467! The design highlights particular architectural elements from the 14th century, through the glass floor you can see part of the gearing mechanism of the grinding wheels, these being also exhibited in the restaurant courtyard. The winery served by a famous sommelier looks magnificent, modern & minimalist style well integrated into the architecture of the building, offers a wide collection of fine wines. For our dinner we chose a separate dinning room located in the attic where we had an intimate atmosphere. The experience from start to finish at this fine restaurant was spectacular. From the greeting to the good bye, every step was well executed and extremely satisfying. The atmosphere perfectly complements the quality of food and the attention to detail is astounding. Servers Lorenzo and Davide were extremely attentive and did not hesitate to answer questions about the food, or anything in general. I highly reccomend this restaurant to anyone desiring to experience the cuisine from Modena executed in a fine manner.
