Singola Ristorante Naturale — Restaurant in Modica

Heard about this place from a vegan YouTube video and we didn't want to miss out, so glad we didn't, fantastic experience.

By far and away the most impressive thing was the service from our host. The wine they ended up recommending was one of the best of the trip and paired perfectly with the food. If you're vegan/veggie this is a very special place. That walk down the path to the hut lined with olive trees will be something I never forget.

Location is fine if you're driving. If you're not and you're based in Old Modica - the walk is very intense down a busy main road and I probably wouldn't do it again (and we walk everywhere). There is now a local bus service within Modica that will take you close but it's in its infancy and the times in the site were very confusing.

Armando, our waiter, was so truly passionate about the food being served, what it made us so excited about what was coming our way.

Everything we had to eat was delicious and unique to anything we had on this trip so far. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but don’t like to eat with every meal, so this place was a welcomed break.

Wow, what an amazing experience and restaurant.

The food is one of the best we've had in Sicily and the kindness of the staff is out of this world.

We were not sure what to have, so we challenge the waiter to choose 4 dishes for us (2 appetizers and 2 mains) and it was one of the best experiences we have had.

Also, the place is really calm and quiet. We sit outside and enjoyed a nice evening.
