The beach club: This place was expensive, €50 each for a front row lounger with parasol, towel and a bottle of water.

But the beach was immaculate, the lounger was comfortable, and the facilities were clean and modern.

The water was fantastic, and was shallow quite a way out (30 meters or more).

We wouldn’t want to come every day, due to the price, but if you only have one beach day on your trip, and fancy something a bit special - go for it!

It was also super easy to book on the app, and you got to select your area from a little map.

You do need to order drinks at the bar, the team will then bring these to your table once they are ready. My wife loved her Piña colada!

I would add, there are cheaper beach clubs right next door, and there are beach ‘traders’ - I don’t think this can really be helped, but worth being mindful of if this would bother you.

The Restaurant: It’s on the pricy side, but we opted for a couple of quite ‘cheap’ options to share as we weren’t all that hungry. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food came up quickly and was fresh and tasty. (As we shared, the picture is of my food once I had plated it from our shared plates).

If you were to have a three course lunch, this place would feel pricey - but that is in line with overall vibe of...

We loved the atmosphere here! We chose the more affordable beds (50 Euros), which were not directly on the beach but close to the bar and restaurant, and I'm so glad we did. The area where we stayed was calm and relaxing, with music playing in the background.

We noticed that the beds directly on the beach were much louder because the adjacent beach sections were public, with many children playing nearby. If you're looking for a more peaceful experience, I definitely recommend choosing the beds in the back.

The food was really good, though it did come out a little slowly. I wish they had more fun cocktail options. The Water was simply a dream. Oh and parking is...

My review is mostly about the food and service, rather than the beach or the club itself. The menu really stood out – it’s more interesting and creative than what you usually see at other Lidos. We ordered two pasta dishes: one with vongole and another with very fresh scampi. Both were absolutely delicious, and honestly, the quality of the food was better than I expected. The service was also great – friendly and quick. As you might guess, the prices are a bit high, but with such a beautiful setting and lively atmosphere, it feels fair to pay a...

Lush and high-end option for your day at Capitolo beach. One of the beach clubs belonging to a Masseria (and primarily made for their guests) but also accessible for the day. Reservation recommended. For 50 EUR per person guests get the most comfortable sunbeds (full mattress), towels, service, showers and facilities. The restaurant is excellent for beach standards and prices, while high, are not exaggerated. Delicious seafood, primi and pizza plus a good wine list. Bathrooms are shared with the neighbouring lido and could be improved.
