Trattoria Pizzeria Monreale — Restaurant in Monreale

THE WORSE ITALIAN EXPERIENCE! Service is terible and arrogant, and you will have to pay 4 euro per person for table service. Really bad quality of food ( we had pasta and steak). Menu only in italian, which is fine as long as staff is helpful and they give you time to translate it, but they don't. Waitress was insolent and arogant when I complain about meat which was served raw ! Half of veal steak was raw, so I complait it.. they only reheat the meat and serve it again. When I said I m not gonna eat it, and obviously I m not going to pay for it the waitress start to talk to me in italian when I said that I can't speak italian and if we can speak in English, She said that if I can't speak italian she can't speak english.. so I asked if I can speak with manager, but then she was even more angry and arrogant, obviously said NO! I had to arque with her to get manager attention and I had to start arque that I m not paying for raw meat. When I had enough and wanted to pay and leave, I asked to stamp parking ticket.. waitress threw my parking ticket and said that she would not stamp it, and she began to say something under her breath, using vulgar Italian words......

I usually do not write any feedback. but this time I am compelled to do so.

as the church closes from 12 to 14:30 we thought we could grab a quick bite until they reopen the visiting time. this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a "restaurant"

1. we had to wait for a while to to have someone take our orders, then wait almost 1 hour to get literally 3 dishes
2. one waitress that seems to have am authority in the place" since she also managed the till" was very rude and showed a negative attitude toward all customers
3. I was charged an extra €10 for a €23 meal which was then explained to me as a service charge for a large group including our 14 month baby girl who obviously didn't even use any of their chairs
4. the food was mediocre

Absolutely horrible customer service. we booked a place at the restaurant and showed up exactly at the correct time. We were informed by a ridiculously rude lady that they still haven’t looked at the booking for 10 PM despite it being 10. We asked politely what we should do; should we wait, if so how long. Lady quite literally screamed at us saying she is calculating a bill (no other customer was around) and that she is busy and can’t we see she is doing something else? So, still politely, we asked further what it is we should do, how long before they can set up a table, if they can do that at all. She looked at us and said she’s busy. I have never experienced such terrible serive. There are other great restaurants in the area, avoid this place...
