Sometimes, in a small, unassuming place, you unexpectedly discover a real gem. I found this restaurant based on a TripAdvisor review and decided to give it a try. Ristorante trovato grazie alla guida Michelin. Proprio per questo si è rivelato essere molto molto buono e curato nei minimi dettagli. Tolgo una stella solo per il servizio un po’ lento e per le poche proposte senza glutine. Menù comunque ricco con diverse proposte tra primi secondi e contorni. Per celiaci possono fare la pasta senza glutine condita con diversi sughi, ottime le potentine che mi hanno portato come antipasto e contorno insieme alla tagliata che vedete in foto. Come primo piatto invece ho preso gli spaghetti alle vongole fatti con pasta senza glutine. Nessun dolce celiaco disponibile. Bagni in ordine e abbastanza grandi situati davanti al grande camino che viene utilizzato come griglia per cuocere le bistecche espresse. Personale molto cordiale e attento.
