Su google il locale era segnato come accessibile quindi durante la prenotazione telefonica non chiedo se sia accessibile ad una carrozzina. Prenotiamo e arriviamo al locale dove troviamo un gradino troppo alto per la mia carrozzina. Un signore, probabilmente il proprietario ci dice che essendo u edificio vincolato non possono fare lavori per renderlo accessibile. Comprendo le limitazioni della sovraintendenza ma una pedana di legno mobile per far superare quel gradino ad una carrozzina non sarebbe vietate dal Comune. Detto ciò ci era stato detto che i tavoli all'esterno e quindi accessibili, erano tutti prenotati. Quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro locale per pranzare. Ma dico io, nel momento in cui il tuo locale è in difetto perché non è accessibile e hai 4 persone di cui una in carrozzina che hanno prenotato, perché su google il locale è indicato come accessibile, non sarebbe il caso di trovare una soluzione all'esterno senza mandare via le persone? Se questo è il modo di accogliere i clienti... sicuramente non ci...
