Ristorante Onda Marina — Restaurant in Montallegro

Every time we come to this area, and that is twice a year, we make a stop at this wonderful place and stay for a couple of days. This has some reasons: a beautiful and very long beach to both sides and the famous white rocks also on both sides this is a WWF natural park, means just nature around you only 5 lidos and beach restaurants, no other buildings and last but not least and the main reason: because of Toto and his Trattoria Onda Marina which is also open in winter time, the others are closed then.

This is THE beach restaurant. Directly at the beach, good food and drinks to pleasant prices. But the most important thing is the courtesy and the friendliness of him, his family and his staff. I'll be blunt: my family and I did not enjoy our experience here.

We said we were undecided and not so hungry, so the waiter offered us a sampling platter of fish, not found on the menu. It seemed like a kind gesture, to consider our needs.

Instead, we got TWO LARGE PLATTERS, each amounting to 75 EURO separately.

Needless to say, we felt manipulated as tourists, exploited for money we did not intend to spend. We also felt our needs were ignored, despite having been communicated.

Tagsüber ein unkompliziertes Strandrestaurant mit Strandservice. Auch kann man hier Strandliegen und Sonnenschirme mieten. Die Pasta ist selbstverständlich hausgemacht und sehr lecker. Am Abend mit eingedeckten Tischen, lässt sich die gute Küche mit Blick auf das Meer genießen. Mit einem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang, ist es eine atemberaubende Atmosphäre. Das absolute Highlight, Abholung durch ein Tretboot für Boote, die vor der Badezone ankern, cooler Service! Liebe Grüße von den Jungs aus Hamburg!

Durante il giorno, un ristorante sulla spiaggia senza complicazioni con servizio in spiaggia. Qui si possono anche noleggiare sedie e ombrelloni. La pasta è naturalmente fatta in casa e molto gustosa. La sera, con i tavoli apparecchiati, si può gustare la buona cucina con vista sul mare. Con la vista del tramonto, l'atmosfera è mozzafiato.

Il pezzo forte, il prelievo con un pedalò per le barche ancorate davanti alla zona balneare, un servizio fantastico!
