Osteria Vicolo Delle Stelle — Restaurant in Monterotondo

As a non-Italian inhabitant of Monterotondo alto I visited this Osteria a couple of times always with big company of colleagues. It is a very cozy and friendly environment, the waiter (usually, or waitress on occasions) always was happy to assist and the service was non less than perfect. Most importantly, food is really tasty and well prepared and comes on time. Now the drawback in my opinion is the amount - for - money ratio, I would expect from a restaurant not in the downtown of Rome to be somewhat more generous with the portions or at least charge cheaper. Piacevolissima scoperta. Ci sono stato con una mia collega sabato 17 luglio a cena.Non conoscendo nessun ristorante a Monterotondo ci siamo messi alla ricerca e alla fine abbiamo deciso per questo... Scelta azzeccata. La signora molto carina e pure i due ragazzi. Abbiamo preso antipasto di affettati misti e formaggi, due bruschette col guanciale, io i ravioli con salsa tartufata e una bistecca danese e patate al forno e la mia collega una carbonara e per bere un chianti dei colli senesi. Tutto buonissimo sopratutto i ravioli. Per dolce un tiramisù,buono anche questo. Penso proprio di tornarci...
