Went there wit high hopes of a high quality veg experience. 1 One star is given to the very young serving staff who did their best 2 we had the second menu, and with the smaller wine package. Wine was very good. 3 the food - first, the three piece intro, where the eggplant bit was meh, the polenta superb(!!!) and the watermelon… why was it even there? 4 the soup. Ok. Nice touch with the frittered potato peel- actually nice. 5 salad was really good 6 the tricolore pasta JESUS! I have two 12-year olds, who actually make it better. And they use Heinz for the tomato. 7 the lasagna-type eggplant was ok, please try and break the acidity of the tomato a bit. 8 the tiramisu was WET and LIMP, and the tartalet was drenched in gooey sweetness (A message to the chef: do’t call your berries ”frutti di bosco”, when the nearest bosco they have been to is at a truckstop on the motorway - pro tip: try the same berries in Finland-the difference is astonishing) All in all: OVERPRICED, WONDERFUL SERVICE AND VIEW. Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno presso il ristorante Terramare, un locale davvero incantevole e dallo stile moderno, perfetto per un’occasione speciale. Sin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e attenzione da parte dei proprietari e del personale, che si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze, rendendo l'atmosfera ancora più calorosa e invitante. Uno dei punti di forza di Terramare sono certamente le porzioni generose e abbondanti. Gli antipasti di pesce sono stati una vera delizia: ogni pietanza era fresca, gustosa e presentata con grande cura, offrendo una varietà di sapori che hanno entusiasma tutti i miei invitati.
