Cyber Fujiyama — Restaurant in Montesilvano

We had no experience and the worst customer service ever received!! We have eaten at Cyber Fujiyama a couple of times previously and with family flying in from the UK on Saturday evening, I thought it would be a novel treat to take them to your restaurant for the robot experience.

Knowing it was a Saturday evening so the restaurant would be busy, I diligently pre-booked a table for this restaurant in advance the day before.

I received confirmation of my reservation booking at this restaurant, from both The Fork and Reserve with Google, so imagine my surprise when my booking was cancelled last minute... literally 2 hours before the reservation time, with no explanation for the cancellation.

I tried the rebook function on the cancellation but received a message back that all tables were full.

I telephoned the restaurant to find out why my booking was cancelled, and was told the restaurant was closed... obviously not true as the restaurant was full and showing as open, so the only explanation I can think of is that they just gave my reserved table to someone else and just cancelled my booking. There was still no explanation, no apology, nothing!!

So thanks Cyber Fujiyama for wrecking my plans and ruining my evening....great welcome for my family.

Very fresh fish, good quality, large menu with a good selection of japanese dishes (meat, fish, tempura, udon...) and sushi. The place is very elegant and warm: tables for 4 separated by wall and floor structures give an eye illusion to be seating on the floor on the knees as if clients were japanese (in reality there is space for the legs under the table in the european way). Groups of more than 4 can seat in a space where there is space for longer tables. The owner of the restaurant is native and surveys his workers and the clients: he wants to make sure each table is comfortable and getting...

A new experience with ordering food via an ipad that was fixed to the table. It took a little time to understand the idea 💡 🙂 of the menu and serving. It was eat as much as you wanted, but something was limited to only one time. After a while, the waiter came and wondered if we could order more than only one portion at the time😂, because they were running to our table many times with one plate at the time.

The food they served was very good! Salad, soup , sushi,sashimi, fried rice. All 👍👍

I look forward to our next trip to this Asian restaurant 😋 🍱🍜🥢🍣🍤 And of course I can recommend...
