Sakura Fusion Montevarchi — Restaurant in Montevarchi

We had a very pleasant meal, choosing chinese over japanese, simply because we were too unfamiliar with the latter style of cuisine. Staff were a bit nonchalant although they were friendly, but as we don't speak Italian, Chinese or Japanese, and their english was poor, we had a couple of communication problems. There seem to be two dining areas, one looked more cosy/formal than the other - we chose the grey/modern area. Food was very good, table settings needed review at our request (no spoons ot bowls provided, just japanese chopsticks, wide flat plates and knives and forks). However, the atmosphere was happy and relaxed, lots of discerning locals were in on the Tuesday evening, and we enjoyed our meal. If the chance arises, we would happily submit to their teaching us about japanese food too! Loos clean and modern. There was a fine display of chilled fresh seafoods available to choose from, which we only noticed upon leaving. A very friendly pricetag too, only €30.50 for 3 main dishes, rice, and a fresh fruit salad ("Macedonian"), a 75cl bottle of still water and a large one of Tsing Tao beer between two of us. Do I need to say more, I went twice! Two Tuesdays in a row. I love this food. We had the 'All you can eat' concept only dinner. I had a really nice Chardonnay which was perfect with everything we ordered. The service was great and super friendly. I am sure that a look at my pictures says it all in this case. Oggi siamo andati a mangiare il sushi ,fino ed andava tutto bene ,ad un certo punto i piatti cinesi sono tutti arrivati,però quando ci resta il sushi la cameriera viene da noi e ci chiede se siamo certi di volere ancora i piatti abbiamo detto di sì nel frattempo la cameriera ci ha detto più di due volte che se rimane molti piatti c'è una cifra della multa per i piatti rimanenti. Abbiamo detto va bene . La cameriera è andata a preparare ma alla fine non ci hanno dato i sashimi ma voglio chiedere ,siamo in 5 due sashimi misti non riusciamo a mangiare ? E ragazzi però un po' di cervello dai . Comunque noi abbiamo finito tutti i piatti,tutti! Cosa vuoi dire ? Fino a quando abbiamo finito i piatti non è neanche arrivato un misto di sashimi cosa volete fare? Quando siamo andati alla cassa per pagare la cameriera ci dice che abbiamo ancora due sashimi ma insomma quando me li vuoi fare arrivare? Comunque...
