We popped across the harbour on the ferry to Muggia. (8.65€ return per person) Stopped here for breakfast on their harbourside terrace. Lovely interior. Ordered inside, no table service.) We had two Americano ( add your own water to taste ...should do this everywhere), two cakes and two small beers. All in 14€. All very good. Lovely way to start the day. Madge loved the lightness of the tiramisu. Liza and Norma the filled croissant. Me and Paulicarus coffee and beer.

It's a cozy small but extremely nice cafeteria located in the heart of Muggia. Especially during summer you can sit outside and enjoy the traditional architecture of this small fishermen town. Probably the most iconic corner of it. Coffee and pastries are very nice, staff is polite and professional, but they work only at counter, no table service is provided. Perfect place to "Instagram" your coffee break.
