Gelateria Jimmy — Restaurant in Muggia / Milje

Amazing! Great #icecream in #Muggia. I attended a 500-hour course for the qualification of #Gelatiere and now I go around the various ice cream shops in #Trieste and surroundings to try and understand what is a good ice cream. I agree with all the people who have left flattering comments to SIMONE, Owner of the JIMMY Gelateria. its ice cream is excellent, creamy, velvety, full-bodied, well balanced. Many flavors and all good to try. Surely the products used are of the highest quality and this makes the difference! I recommend you go and try Jimmy's ice cream. Those who try it, try it again .... and there are so many tastes that one summer...

The most delicious ice cream I have eaten in years. And the people working there were super fast to provide the service, even though the line was huge. I couldn't decide on what to taste, so they even suggested their own choices. I had salted caramel and apple pie flavoured ice cream. Both heavenly, although if I get a chance for another pick, I would stick to the salted caramel, and pick the peanut butter one, next time. One would need a year of ice cream days to enjoy all their delicious looking taste...

If those are the best icecreams in Muggia then... you should probably go elsewhere. Those were much less good than the one we tried in other gelaterias in Slovenia and Croatia in the range of 1,5h drive, far too sweet and nothing special. We have tried dark chocholate with orange, malaga, melon and strawberry, all were too sweet. Enjoy nice views in Muggia and the go eat somewhere else, i.e. to Koper (18 minutes drive) - in Muggia almost all restaurants in the city were closed between...
