Went to this place twice for the glutenfree Pizza, first time (see picture 1) I had no issues and it was an amazing pizza. So I went back and unfortunately the second time I ended up getting a normal pizza. I talked to 3 people ordering the second time, one of them even told me about possible contamination but since I didn't have issues the first time I told them it's fine and one of the other workers even recognized me from my first time visiting so I felt pretty safe about getting another great glutenfree pizza. Unfortunately when I made it to the hotel and opened the box I was already suspicious of it looking "too good to be glutenfree" (see picture 2) especially with the crust, because you just never get that with glutenfree pizza and also there wasn't any tinfoil. But since I spoke to the 3 people, 1 even knowing about contamination, which made it seem like they take the topic very seriously, I thought I was just being paranoid and maybe they just took it out of the tinfoil already. Long story short the second time definitely wasn't glutenfree and I had a pretty severe reaction which definitely ruins the last days of my vacation now (I'm coeliac so I have been on a strict diet for more than 10 years, meaning I haven't had gluten for more than a decade). I'm writing this not to necessarily blame the pizzeria, mistakes can happen and it was a busy evening, but unfortunately for people with coeliac mistakes like this can be costly and I just don't want anyone else to have a bad time so I recommend triple checking that they understand you need glutenfree and also checking for yourself!! Trust your gut when you think it looks to good and maybe ask them again. If you get takeout check right away before you go back to where you're staying. For the first pizza I would still recommend this place but just make sure it's...
Read moredishes were terribile, even they got hundred certificates for the pizza and cuisine, the pizza taste was normal but not so good. but the pasta was a disastor :put too much salt, spaghetti was uncooked well. how shameful that it's cooked by Italian
staffs were funny, but they were too talkative , walking around constantly to different tables to chit chat, forget to take an order for other customers, dancing outside, taking selfies, singing, pick up London-indian girls , lack of professional, just like work in the restaurant for fun, don't need to service customers
some customers got bread before the food, but some customers did't get any bread. I think as italians they know that offering bread is like a 'good manner' instead of a random behaviour.
the prices were too hight, the restaurant far away from centro storico but all the dishes cost over 10 euro, even the tastes were not good, it is not worth.
waiting too long, I have waited one hour for two dishes. when I ask with the lady staff, they didn't show me any good attitude. and the lady just didn't clean the table, I was having my dinner on a...
