Nice place and overall aiming to serve nice food, but your chief waiter was offensive and unwelcoming!!! Making our dining experience quite terrible :( we arrived late, around 10 pm on Friday, but as restaurant advertises midnight closing, that should be no problem. The owner or manager offered us a table immediately, but the main waiter was hurrying us from the start, making the whole experience terrible. Maybe the food was good, feel sorry for the chef, who will not get complimented in my post, but his rude colleague spoilt it all for us. He told us half way through the meal, he wants to go home !!!!! We had to ask almost for almost every single thing, I.E cutlery, salad, that was supposed to come with one of the meals, side plate for fish bones. One of the dishes was not what we ordered, we asked, but didn’t even bother to argue, as the guy was so rude and dismissive. Restaurant needs to be clear on opening hours and if you accept guests to sit down at whatever time, don’t be rude to them or hurry. We had lovely day in Procida and Naples today, but this unfortunate restaurant experience put a...
Read moreWe went for a walk in the evening looking for a dinner place when we stumbled upon this restaurant. The few tables inside were already taken, yet the staff was kind enough to arrange a spot for the two of us. After being greeted with a small glass of champagne and delicacies from the kitchen we ordered Risotto/Linguine Frutti di Mare which were outstandingly delicious! The Limoncello we were offered afterwards was probably the tastiest I ever tried and served in a beautiful fish-shaped glass carafe. I liked the look of the carafe so much that one of the waiters spontaneously gave it to me to take home as a souvenir as we walked out the door. It now sits on my living room shelf reminding me of an unforgettable evening in Raggio di Sole with great food and even greater people! :) Grazie per tutti, we...
Read moreCame across this place randomly while searching for a seafood restaurant on Google maps. The reviews mentioned it as having really delicious seafood. I was not disappointed. The octopus was perfectly cooked, not too tough where it becomes chewy but not raw either. The spaghetti with mussels has enough mussels that each scoop can have at least 1 or 2 mussels and the lack of shells was a pleasant surprise! Lastly, the Tiramisu as dessert. I find it having a very good balance between sweetness and espresso. I was almost tempted to order another one as soon as I finished. Service was good too. The waiter was very attentive and was making sure that everything is good. I would definitely come here again the next time...
