First of all I want to share that we had a great lunch! Food was incredibly tasty! Presentation has margins to improve but the quality and the taste of the food were amazing. The Location is beautiful spot in the middle of the hills surrounding Alba. I believe chairs and tables could be improved in terms of quality and comfort but it’s a minor detail compared to the quality of the food. The staff was very attentive: everybody were welcoming and polite, but when we walked in, one waiter hear that my wife was speaking English and immediately began addressing her using that language. Anticipo che quando vado in un ristorante, non bado più di tanto al conto, credo che l'importante sia uscire felici, soddisfatti e magari pure sazi. In questo caso avrei qualcosa da ridire. Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nelle Langhe e dintorni e dopo aver provato 3 ristoranti (ed essermi trovato più che a mio agio) mi sono imbattuto in questa simpatica cantina in mattoni davvero autentica. ll cibo senza dubbio è di qualità ma il cuoco dovrebbe rivedere gli impiattamenti. Sono sicuro che all'ospedale vengano presentati meglio. Oltretutto le porzioni sono davvero risicate ed il prezzo non le giustifica affatto. Nota dolente: 9 euro un calice di barbaresco 2019 lo trovo esagerato! Giustificarsi dicendo che i prezzi sono esposti all'ingresso non è molto edificante da parte del titolare.
