The service is soo bad! You should check your receipt before paying! We ordered 3 coffees and 3 tarts but in the receipt there was 5 tarts, 6 coffees and some other things we didn't order. Food tasted like nothing. They hired some rebel teenage girls who rolls their eyes when you talk and do nothing to help you in any way. They are not welcoming in any way whatsoever. I thought you can't drink a bad coffee in Italy but they proved me wrong by making the worst coffee ever existed. There is no parking area for your car but maybe you can fit...

We were here at the end of February so we had to sit inside where the atmosphere was very average. Additionally, the prices are outrageous. The small ice cream at the table cost 5.5 euros for two portions and it was not artigianali ice cream, but ice cream from an Algida package. Moreover, they were poor and frozen many times. A parte il servizio molto approssimativo svolto da ragazzi visibilmente demotivati, mi chiedo come si può servire il peggior gelato da supermercato al posto di un gelato artigianale con le rinomate fragoline di Nemi. Guai poi a chiedere il gelato con delle fragole anziché le fragole con il gelato. Pare sia vietato 😁. Unica cosa degna di nota è il panorama, ma quello è gratis visto che siamo su una via pubblica. Esperienza sicuramente da dimenticare. PS. Non potendo rispondere ulteriormente alle sue giustificazioni, mi permetto di fare un addendum alla recensione: Le consiglio di sfruttare la recensione negativa come momento di riflessione e spunto per migliorare il servizio e non affrontarla come un offesa personale visto che non è quella la volontà ne lo scopo di questo servizio. Poi, se le interessa, le argomento la mia recensione. Il gelato aveva un PAC decisamente sbagliato che lo rendeva duro (anziché cremoso e vellutato) e lo sbilanciata fino al punto di provocare un forte pizzicore alla gola. Mi permetterei di consigliarle un accordo, laddove non vuole produrlo autonomamente, con una buona gelateria artigianale. Infine, per quanto riguarda i ragazzi, c'è differenza fra un servizio svolto "tanto per..." ed una stanchezza per l'alto afflusso di avventori e si nota subito. Chi fa questo mestiere per professione non si stanca certo per un turno di 8 ore. Nelle vesti di chi forma quei ragazzi per professione le consiglio di motivarli moralmente ed economicamente, ne trarrà certamente beneficio la sua...
