Bar Ristorante Crateri Silvestri — Restaurant in Nicolosi

They sell artesanal products. 10 days ago I bought a ring with ametista stones. Used it for 3 days and a stone already fell. Haven't used it more than 3 days because I'm scare all stones will fall. The impression it gives me is that they don't care about quality, sell bad quality for high price (I paid 10€ for something that shouldn't even cost an euro because is not well made) and because we are tourists that won't come back, we have to deal with it. I would love to get my money back somehow or a replacement of it (better quality one). If that happens, I will change my review.

Cold food, cold staff, more than expensive for too little food and awful toilet.

Waited over 45 minutes to be served cold pasta and risotto, than other 30 minutes for cold tiny pieces of roasted meat. They didn't provide oil salt or pepper for the salad. Avoid going there for a meal if you have a chance.

Bathroom was disgusting. No water coming out from the water tabs, no toilet paper, no hand paper towels, hand dryer worked but only with cold air. And it was way to dirty! Worse than old highway gas station toilets.

They managed to kill and ruin a perfect day. Will never step foot...

Gracious owner and staff, delicious food and drinks! We visited the Silvestri Crater on a blustery cold day in early September. We stopped in to the restaurant to use the restroom and warm up. The owner greeted us and had the staff prepare incredible hot cocoa. The aromas and flavors added to the aesthetic appeal of the dining hall, creating a memorable experience.
