Sushi Line — Restaurant in Nuoro

The atmosphere definitely added to the wonderful taste of the food being welcoming and clean. The concept intrigued me which is what pushed me to come here, it’s and all you can eat which you can basically order immediately on the tablet which will then be delivered by the waiters. A tip: the drinks and desserts don’t count in the all you can eat so you have to pay extra for them 😉. One problem, however, was the delivery of our last foods… We waited to catch the attention of one of the fast pacing waiters to then ask them why it said our food had been delivered when it hadn’t. This is my new favourite sushi place (and we travel a lot across Europe, my last top one was in Pisa)! All food was fresh, good amount of meat and other flavourful ingredients, fast service, good pricing (went weekday for lunch). I especially loved the mango nigiri, that was such an unexpected find! I love mangoes and these were perfectly ripe, covered with mango puree, just a perfect sweet sushi - and included in the all you can eat. Also the fish mix tartare salad with vegetables was awesome. Some options you can only have once but there is plenty to pick from so you don't run out. So many other great options I haven't tried yet, I need to come back. Just a shame no fresh fruit on its own...

Great Asian fusion experience in Nuoro. Atmosphere is nice, polite staff and food is fresh and delicious.
