Cold atmosfere. Both pasta dishes tasty but strangly half cold half warm when they should have been hot. My pasta was sliding off on one side of the plate because the waiter had my plate slanted i presume his thumb was in the sauce. The chips tasted as if they are fried in the same old oil as the calamari but the latter was good. Tiramisù was nothing as it should be, a throthy cream with non coffee tasting pavesini biscuits, a real let down for 4e each. On the up point my husband enjoyed his meal and its good to see an open kitchen , service was quite quick and the fish meals were good. We will be back to try again and hopefully i can up the stars. To be honest the place was full so its not easy to keep everyone happy. 2° recensione 25/04/25 tried again must admit what we ordered was tasty but the paccheri were raw , not al dente but proper raw. Had to cut each piece in 4 to be able to eat them. The staff were better today , the portions smaller than last time. Would definatley have upped the stars if the pasta was proper cooked but pratically leaving 30e of pasta (2 people) is a no no, the calamari and chips...

Sabato, Colazione. Vengo servito regolarmente. Buon cappuccino,buona pasta! Vado in cassa per pagare, al momento di pagare indico il mio tavolo che si trovava di fronte alla ragazza alla cassa a una decina di metri, lei mi dice che devo avere il biglietto che era poggiato al Tavolo per individuarlo, io provo a dirle che era il tavolo di fronte a noi proprio dove in quel momento il suo collega sparecchiava (c’erano un 6/7 tavoli pieni in tutto il locale nessuna visuale coperta o possibilità di equivoco e nessuna fila in cassa, situazione tranquilla) e lei con atteggiamento da maestrina che vuole insegnare ai clienti il manuale di come ci si comporta mi dice che devo andare a prendere al tavolo il biglietto (attenzione nessuno mi aveva specificato di doverlo portare in cassa). Per evitare nessun tipo di polemica sono andato a prendere il Biglietto, mi sono sentito ridicolo.

Mi spiace ma questo non è il modo di accogliere un cliente! Pessimo biglietto da visita per Nuoro e per un bar nel complesso carino e ben fornito.

Non è mio compito sapere i Numeri dei tavoli, ma avrei capito in una situazione di pienone e fila in cassa, ma cosi è stato fatto palesemente apposta!

Inefficienza...

Third time I come to this restaurant, affiliated with a famous local supermarket brand... If you're not looking for some typical atmosphere, but want to eat good typical food, than this perfectly fits to you. Tasty culurgiones, fresh meat and fish dishes and friendly staff. Furthermore, fast service and plenty of parking... definitely value for money restaurant....
