The waiters are not very interested in serving their customers at all, barely said hello when we arrived. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty it took 15 minutes before they took our order. One pizza, two carbonaras and a gnocchi was what we ordered. The food was served without a word and more or less just dropped at the table. The gnocchi wasn’t served with the other meals and took another five minutes. When it arrived (without an apology) it was over cooked and barley eatable. My glass of white wine was served by hand, not on a tray, in a dirty glass. When we left we didn’t get a thank you and good buy which is one of the bases how you treat a customer. We are not picky or rude and the only thing we regret is not leaving when the staff so clearly marked they weren’t interested...

'm giving a one star review because I can't give less and the service was "ok" not great. I went to this pseudo-restaurant and ate two products "rissoto alla pescatora" where seafood and taste were co issing and spaghetti a kind of "a le oglio" but with tomato sauce; here the problem is much more serious, the spaghetti was not cooked, it crumbled in the mouth (considering that it is an Italian restaurant... in Italy!!!! this aspect is a real shame!!!) there was no garlic, parmesan. ..and obviously the taste..... in the end I also ordered 2 coffees, 1 espresso ristreto and 1 normal espresso, always being in Italy where good coffee is everywhere (that's what I thought until now) they managed to change my mind!! ! !! Be very careful when choosing this restaurant!!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! the food has no taste!!!! Sono andato in questo pseudo-ristorante e ho mangiato due prodotti "rissoto alla pescatora" dove i frutti di mare e il gusto mancavano completamente e gli spaghetti scarpariello ; qui il problema è molto più grave, gli spaghetti non erano cotti, si sbriciolavano in bocca (considerando che è un ristorante italiano... in Italia!!!! questo aspetto è un vero peccato!!!) mancava l'aglio , parmigiano. ..e ovviamente il gusto..... alla fine ho ordinato anche 2 caffè, 1 espresso ristreto e 1 normale espresso, essendo sempre in Italia dove il buon caffè è ovunque (era quello che pensavo fino ad ora) sono riusciti a cambiarmi mente!! ! !! Sulla pizza non si discute: classica napoletana, soffice e con cornicione alto. Sul servizio invece c’è molto da dire… Avevo ordinato una schiacciata con rucola, patate fritte e fiori di zucca. È arrivata una pizza con il fiordilatte, ovviamente rimandata indietro. Dopo 10 minuti mi è stata portata una pizza con la mozzarella al posto del fiordilatte. Per la seconda volta l’ho rimandata indietro. La cameriera se n’è andata contrariata e ha mandato un'altra persona e ha iniziato a chiedermi con fare canzonatorio cosa volessi sulla pizza, al che io, che mi stavo alterando abbastanza, ho detto di farmi una marinara con patate fritte, per non discutere ulteriormente. Alla fine, sono riusciti a farmi una pizza rossa con rucola e patatine, costata 11,50 euro.

Non sono stati tanto gli errori, ma l’atteggiamento saccente e arrogante da parte del personale che anziché scusarsi per l’accaduto, ha continuato a comportarsi in modo assolutamente inaccettabile da parte di chi ha a che fare con il pubblico. Personale totalmente inadeguato verso i clienti visto che si arrogano il diritto di decidere gli ingredienti che ovviamente non posson mancare su una pizza, secondo il loro punto di vista. Neppure il gesto di scontare una bevanda, un coperto, di offrire un caffè: prova del fatto che si sentivano nel giusto.

C’ero stata quasi 10 anni fa e non eravamo riusciti a mangiare perché l’ora di pausa pranza era passata senza che fossero stati in grado di preparare le pizze richieste. Oggi siamo tornati ed ho avuto la riprova che dargli una seconda possibilità non è stata...
