In the beautiful town of Dozza you will find this cozy restaurant/vineria. A menu that is classic but at the same time different, more modern than in most other restaurants. Bel ristorante all interno del borgo di Dozza. Il locale si presenta ben organizzato con i tavoli, pur in un ambiente non grande gli spazi non mancano e tutto resta piacevolmente vivibile. Menù e cibo: Il menù offre circa un 6 scelte per antipasti, primi, secondi, dolci oltre al piatto extra menù suggerito al tavolo dal personale. Qualità delle materie prime eccellente, un livello sicuramente superiore alla media, ciò denota un attenta scelta delle materie prime e una gran capacità del cuoco nel non alterarle o rovinarle in cottura. È presente una carta dei vini, con eccellenze regionali e extra regionali divise per bianchi e rossi. Il servizio al tavolo perfetto. Voglio precisare questo, da quello che ho vissuto nella mia esperienza il locale adotta un ottimo sistema per non venire meno alla qualità, raggiunge il suo limite di persone al tavolo, non si preoccupa di mettere fretta ai clienti seduti per far accomodare altre persone, calcolate che noi ci siamo seduti a tavola alle 13 e ci siamo alzati alle 15.30 , perché il servizio è tale da lasciare il giusto tempo tra un piatto e l altro... Piacevolissimo ritrovare un pò di calma nel mangiare senza fretta... Abitudini ormai perse. Prezzi sopra la media se li paragonate ai normali ristorante, ma qui si mangia qualcosa di veramente diverso per qualità e cura nel preparare la materia prima. Dolci, anche qui nessuna delusione.
